Christopher M. Otten, CLTC, is a Financial Planner and the founder of Plutus Financial Group. Starting his first business at 13 buying and selling sports cards, he learned the importance of building wealth for the future to enable the fulfillment of life’s dreams. Today, Christopher works with individuals, families and nonprofits to help them protect those most important to them, by helping them protect current assets, accumulate wealth, and make sound financial decisions so they, too, can fulfill their dreams.
Christopher chose the financial services industry because it matched his entrepreneurial spirit and allowed him to make a difference in peoples’ lives. Christopher holds the Certified in Long Term Care (CLTC) designation and his FINRA 6, 63 & 65 registrations.
In addition to earning his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Villanova University’s School of Business in 2011, Christopher was a student athlete. He was a member of the football team for four years, including the 2009 National Championship team. Christopher is very active in the nonprofit community, having served on his first nonprofit board right out of college, while also volunteering with a youth soccer organization. Currently, he serves as the Treasurer of the board of The Wardrobe (formerly known as Career Wardrobe). He currently resides in Bala Cynwyd, PA with his fiancé, Christine.
